like razor blades under your tongue

staying up all night is either the most stressful, or most beautiful thing in the world.Through the entire night you can watch the stars cover the cloudless sky and just think. think about anything. And then, when the sun comes out it is almost magical knowing you were up so long to watch this natural, daily event. Heather and i stayed up approximately 32 hours before we crashed (which on top of staying up all night to take photos in the early morning, we had an appointment to do a photoshoot with our friend Landon). Either way, i just remember looking out the window at 6a.m. and gasping, yelling at Heather to come with me outside, while still wrapped in my pokemon blanket. Perfect morning, now i just want to sketch and paint forever.

like your life stakes on it.

Heather and i have been constantly going on walks these days with our cameras. I am preferring this because sometimes i see the most random, interesting things and although i carry my phone with me half the time, i'd rather have my lovely canon on me. We have been awake all night (currently it is 6:23a.m. my time) and we are planning on staying up till a decent time tomorrow. I haven't watched the sun rise in forever so i am excited <3 plus, we are also taking photos with our lovely friend and model, Landon. He doesn't know the full extent of what we are going to put him through in the photos yet, but i'm sure he will secretly enjoy it. When they are finished, they will be posted on here, i promise. Until then, i am going to need some tea! toodles!

save regrets for the broken

well, here it is. I'm finally starting a blog that i intend on keeping. Occasionally i venture to different sites and attempt at creating something interesting and worth a read but i find that i even get bored with myself. I've decided that this blog will help me manage myself better, promote me to do more with my painting, photography, sketches, and writing instead of being a lump all day watching anime and constantly having my nose in a new role playing forum. I want to be the type of person who respects the little things in life and enjoy myself while i can. So maybe, even if this makes me feel like a victim of my generations constant obsession with social networking, this will allow me to do that.

So welcome to my first lame-sauce blog thinger. Hopefully my next blog will be a little more interesting and informative. Whoever reads this, be prepared for a whole lot of art-fixated things as well as a lot of photos of either myself or my roommate/sister-figure, Heather [:
